RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All orders are packed by me, the artist herself, with all the necessary care. However, if you have any problems, please contact me as soon as possible.
Do not accept damaged items. Try to take pictures of any damage to your package on delivery and contact me immediately.

Refunds:
If you do not receive your order within 30 business days after shipment, it has probably been lost. In this case, you can request a refund via email with your order number.

If your order returns to my studio:
*You can receive a refund of the purchase amount, being discounted a 40% fee due to the packaging that was used, the shipping cost, payment fee and stock replacement.
*Or you can pay a new shipping fee for it to be resent.

In case of withdrawal from the purchase:
You receive 70% of the total purchase amount. 40% are discounted due to the packaging that was used to pack your order, shipping cost, payment fee and stock replacement.

When you buy, you agree with the store's policies.
